About Us

Our team at Crossroads Veterinary Clinic is dedicated to helping your pet achieve the highest quality of life. Our mission is to provide progressive, high quality veterinary care for dogs and cats. We strive to enhance the human-animal bond through client education, compassion and respect.

Crossroads Veterinary Clinic continues to be locally owned and independent practice. We give back to our community through our support of Calumet County Sheriff’s K-9, Amer. Through our commitment to support K-9 Amer, we honor the human-animal bond and service to our community.

Crossroads Veterinary Clinic, SC was founded in 1992….. (keep same copy) In 1998, Dr. Cheryl Foster joined the practice, also a graduate of the UW School of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. By 2002, we had outgrown our original facility in the Darboy Plaza and moved into a larger facility at W5493 County Road KK that we currently are in. In 2012, Crossroads Veterinary Clinic was purchased by Dr. Tami Strom, a 2006 graduate of the UW School of Veterinary Medicine and a former client of the clinic. With continued growth of the business, Dr. Stacey Kumbalek joined the practice in 2016 and Dr. Cori Rosen joined the practice in 2021. Both doctors are graduates of the UW School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006.

The Doctors and Staff at Crossroads Veterinary Clinic are committed to providing exceptional care with compassion and respect.
